FAQ’s
This trade platform has been specially designed to allow all trade customers to access and purchase our current stock. This includes all the available bottlings we have at any given time.
We welcome you to apply for an account if you are a physical shop, an online retailer, a bar, a resteraunt, a hotel or any other business who has the right to sell alcohol to members of the public.
All account applications will be manually approved and you will be added to the correct category, at this point, you will be able to see prices and offers relevant to your business type.

On-trade: We have an MOQ of 6 bottles for each order. We cover the costs of shipping for bars etc to hopefully mean you keep your prices as low as possible so customers can enjoy our liquid at the best prices! We ship parcels through DHL and you will be sent tracking automatically when the parcel leaves us.
Off-trade: We have an MOQ of 12 bottles, this can be made up of a mix of any bottles you would like. All orders need to be placed in multiples of 12 bottles, the website is set with these parameters.
The cost of shipping 1 case of 12 is £7, however, we cover 50% of the cost of this, leaving it as £3.50 ex VAT per case – for ease, this is broken down per bottle which is 26p per bottle. We ship using M&H our local couriers, they use both DHL and APC for onward shipping, and we are unable to provide tracking details. If your parcel has not arrived within 10 working days of order confirmation, and we have not be in touch with you, please contact us via – info@dornochdistillery.com
If you are ordering more than 120 bottles, we will palletise your order, this will cost £30 ex VAT. Please adivse if you will need a tailift to have this delivered.
For your first order, we ask this be paid up front, either via card payment in our checkout page, or by invoice that will be sent to you via Xero. After your first order, we are able to offer 30 day payment terms on invoices, and you still have the option to pay via card on the website.
If your business used a purchase order, please select this option, enter the exact number and then email us the PO. We will then follow up with an invoice from Xero which you can match with the PO.
Whilst we would love to always have lots of choice for you to order from, we are a small opperation and team and so we struggle to keep up with demand. The only stock we have available is that listed in the shop section, if you dont see it, I am afraid we do not have it available to order.
We have been working with certain retailers and bars for a great number of years who have supported us with orders through all of the good and bad times, these retailers are sometimes given allocations of products that will not be avaialble via this website. If you have been yurning to join this group, we look at certain factors, including core product sales and promotions, engagement with our brand (including the less ‘sexy’ products), willingness to take allocations regardless of the products on offer (we do try and be very reasonable!!) and the way in which you interesct with us (please be kind, we are a small but mighty team!)
