Both coming in at 34 years old, they’ve evolved into very elegant whiskies, which almost transcend the category and enter the realm of delicious continental aged rums.

Nose: Charred banana bread and vanilla pods mingle with Linzer cookies. Gentle waves of citrus and orchard fruit, alongside Italian Gewürztraminer

Palate: Rich notes of plum syrup and crème de pêche unfold alongside hints of herbal tea and camphor. A touch of sawdust and toasted coconut chips follows, followed by Golden Grahams cereal

Finish: Drifts toward Cuban rum
