Nose: Ripe green apples, pears, clementines, dry hay with chalk and minerality.

Palate: Poached stone fruit, freshly milled oak, almonds, brioche and ferns.

Finish: Lemon peel, toasted almonds, nicely drying with some French pastry on the finish.
