The Dornoch Negroni

In collaboration with the iconic Dornoch Castle Hotel, we’re proud to present the Dornoch Negroni – a bottled version of the beloved house Negroni that rests in a demi-john atop the castle bar.

Crafted using our multi-award-winning Mediterranean gin and following the same signature recipe, this small-batch cocktail offers you the chance to bring a taste of Dornoch Castle into your own home.

Each bottle contains two perfectly balanced servings – simply pour over ice and enjoy.

Nose:
Fragrant and lively. Aromas of fresh orange peel, wild strawberries, grapefruit zest, and hints of bitter herbs. Subtle floral notes and weight from the vermouth met with lemon, orange and bergamot from the Dornoch gin.

Palate:
Crisp and refreshing, with a well-balanced bitterness. Expect vibrant citrus up front—grapefruit, lemon, and blood orange—followed by soft red berry sweetness and herbal undertones.

Finish:
Dry and bittersweet, with lingering notes of citrus pith, botanicals and fresh herbs.
