Nose: Play-Dough, Blackthorn salt, very waxy and full-bodied, Flambee Banana, varnish, and apple cider vinegar (with Mother). Citrus oils – lemon and grapefruit.

Palate: Calvados (Both Apple & Pear), cinnamon cordial, lemon juice, pineapple cubes, ginger root.

Finish: Starts sour, some fruits appear, lingering citrus oils.
